Analisis Arsitektur Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Terintegrasi SAK ETAP untuk Akuntabilitas Finansial dan Optimalisasi Operasional UMKM

Abstract


Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memegang peranan krusial dalam ekonomi digital, namun seringkali terhambat oleh kompleksitas manajemen operasional, fragmentasi data, dan keterbatasan adopsi teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menganalisis arsitektur sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) berbasis cloud yang terintegrasi dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Tanpa Akuntabilitas Publik (SAK ETAP) untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pendekatan DevOps penuh dan integrasi SAK ETAP by-design sejak tahap perencanaan. Sistem diuji ketahanannya menggunakan stress testing dengan alat K6. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu menangani 3.600 permintaan tanpa kesalahan (0% error rate), dengan waktu respons median 36,04 ms dan persentil ke-90 ≤559 ms, mengindikasikan kapasitas sistem yang stabil untuk beban operasional harian UMKM. Dengan sistem ERP berbasis cloud ini, UMKM dapat mengintegrasikan data dan proses bisnis secara efisien, sekaligus mendukung transformasi digital berkelanjutan.
