Pengembangan Sistem Layanan Surat Menyurat di Kelurahan Malamso berbasis Metode Extreme Programming

Abstract

Correspondence services within the sub-district (kelurahan) environment are one of the important aspects in supporting effective and efficient governmental administration. However, the service processes are still carried out manually, leading to various obstacles such as delays in letter processing, lack of transparency, and potential errors in data recording. This study seeks to design a digital-based correspondence service system as a solution to exiting administrative challenges. The research employs several methodological stages, including system requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The resulting  This study aims to design a digital-based correspondence service system that can address these issues. The research methods include system requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The resulting system is a letter service application designed to effectively address and resolve correspondence-related issues within the Malamso Sub-district. The system can accelerate the service process, improve data accuracy, and provide convenience for both the public and staff in managing administrative documents. Based on the results of system testing using black-box testing, all pages on the website function properly. In addition, usability testing based on respondent feedback showed a test score of 91.1%. Therefore, this system application is accepted and successfully used by the community and staff at Kelurahan Malamso.
